Certificate of the Customs Union
Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus.
The Certificate of the Customs Union (CU certification) – is an official document confirming the quality of production to approved standards within the territory of the Customs Union. The Customs Union consists of three countries: Belarus, Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation. These countries have agreed on the sole basis of technical and regulatory rules.
The Certificate of the Customs Union (CU certification) is necessarily required for entry into the market of the Customs Union by the customs of each Member State. The aim was to appeal technical obstacles, such as the compulsory certification trade between three countries and to reduce the number of mandatory technical procedures for the importation of goods into and export of goods from the territory of the Customs Union.
The Certificate of the Customs Union can be used for export of goods to any country - Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan. The certificate is also valid on the territory of each country. In this way, every company can export its goods to each country, on the basis of one certificate of conformity. Certificate replaces the Customs Union International certifications of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
The Certificate of conformity of the Customs Union confirms the safety requirements and electromagnetic compatibility and allows exporters and producers to spread their goods on the territory of the Customs Union.
Unfortunately, this certificate can not be used instead of the Communications Compliance Certificates, Fire Safety Certificates, National Registry and other mandatory or voluntary certification of compliance. Without looking at it, the certificate of conformity of the Customs Union - is the easiest way to enter the market of three countries at the same time - Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan. The Customs Union Certificate is issued for a maximum period of 5 years
