This Document, confirms the quality and safety of the product, now it will be a certificate of state registration of the Customs Union, which will be valid on the territory of the Customs Union of the three countries (Russia, Republic of Belarus and Kazakhstan).
State registration certificate is required to certify the safety of products imported into the country. This document has strictly defined form and is issued by the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare to the narrow list of products - this procedure may be exercised by territorial bodies of the Rospotrebnadzor.
