New Technical Regulations in 2013.
In 2013, the Customs Union will accept 24 technical regulations. The decision was taken at the 32nd meeting of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
During the regular meeting of the Board it was discussed the issues of trade and integration policies, as well as in the contest of the protection of intellectual property. However, most attention was paid to the issues in the field of technical regulation.
Thus, the decision was approved by the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission "On the approval of the Plan of the technical regulations of the Customs Union in 2012 - 2013 years." The paper deals with the 29 technical regulations, 5 of which must be completed before the end of this year. This technical regulations dedicated to informing consumers about the energy efficiency of electrical devices, the safety of chemical products, alcoholic beverages, equipment operating under positive pressure, as well as the requirements for tobacco products.
In the next year, as expected, in the territory of the Customs Union will be a requirement for another 24 standards. Among them: "On safety of amusement", "On the requirements for fire safety ", "On the safety of buildings, building materials and products," "On the safety of detergents and household chemicals," "On the safety of paint materials "," On the safety of meat and meat products "," On the requirements for fertilizer, "" On the safety of fish and fish products "," technical regulations on milk and milk products "," On the safety of feed and feed additives "," Requirements for liquefied hydrocarbon gases used as fuel, "" On the requirements for systems and equipment for water, gas, heat, electric power "," Requirements for coals and their products "," On the requirements to measuring performance of oil and refined products "" On the requirements for water systems of water treatment "and others.
